TN pursuance of "The Electoral • Act, X 1905," I, JOSEPH WILLIAM SALMON, Returning Officer for the Electoral Distriofc of Newtown, do hereby givo notico that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the 22nd day of November, 1905, under tho hand of the Clerk of tho Writs, an Election will bo held for the return of a, qualified person to servo as member for the said district; and that the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be tho 28th day of November, 1905; and that tho Poll, if necessary, will bo takon at tho soveral polhng-places of tho eaid district on the 6th day of December, 1905.
