A LIBEL ACTION.

Pollock against Bishop Julius camo up in Chambers this morning, when Mr. Jusitice Denniston delivered judgment on an application by plaintiff for leave to administer interrogatories to defendant. His Honour ordered defendant to answer two of the interrogatories included in the application.
