The Australian team which is to tour New Zealand, is to leave Sydney to-mor-row and is due here on Wednesday next. The visitors will play their first match al the Athletic Park to-morrow week agairist the Wellington provincial team. The| gamo is expected to be of more than usual interest in view of the fact that the teams are expected to be especially well matched, the New South Wales team having played a draw in its last game with the New Zealand team, which was defeated by 3 to nil by the Wellington province. At the Athletic Park to-morrow Athletic play Hokitika, Petone play Old Boys, and Wellington College play St. Patrick's College.- The whole of the net takings will be divided between the Rugby Union's Accident Fund and the Wellington Hospital.
