It was moved by Councillor Dascnt, and seconded by Councillor Hendcison, that the clnu.so bo deleted, and that the plans submitted by Mr. Gapes bo returned, the Council recommending thnt Mr. 1 Gapes dedicate to the Council tho land between the military road nnd tho proposed now road, and that the proposed new road bo mado 66ft wido.
