A meeting df licensed plumbers protested against tho action of tho Drainago Board in granting a certificate of competency to certain master plumbors without examination ns being a mennco to the public, a violation of the Board's existing bylaws, unfair to thoso workmen who hnvo already qualified, and calcimitcd to lower the otntus of the trndo throughout the city.
