MR. REID'S REPLY TO MR. SEDDON. [PHESS ABSnCIATION.] (Received February 28, 9.46 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The Federal Promier (Mr. Reid), replying to Mr. Seddon regarding the case of the two Maoris who wero sent back to New Zealand, states that if tho allegation Is proved that tho Maoris wero denied admittance without a test then thoso responsible would bo scveicly censured.
