COALING ARRANGEMENTS.
LONDON, 25th November. The Danish authorities refused to permit the Russian cruiser Izumrud to coal from a collier in the roadstead at Frederickshaven, and requested her to go outside. The auxiliary Russian squadron has sailed from the Skaw. (Received November 26, 8.20 a.m.) LONDON, 25th November. The Russian destroyers coaled from transports in the Port Said harbour. SUPPLIES OF COAL. (Received November 26, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 25th November. A quarter of a million of tons of Welsh coal has been purchased on Russia's account, and 100,000 tons on Japan's account, for shipment early next year.
