THE BALTIC FLEET. DISORDERS AT CANEA DENIED.
(Received November 26, 8.25 a.m.) LONDON, 25th November. Roar-Admiral Foelkersahm denies the reports of disorders by the Russian crews at Canea. The Admiral's officers are described by efficient crews as being ignorant of the rudiments of seamanship — as peasants, in fact, without technical knowledge. The cruiser Korietz traversed the Dardanelles with three submarines aboard.
