— — . (Received November 26, 8.25 a.m.) LONDON, 25th November. The only permanent forts" in possession of the Japanese about Port Arthur are the two at Panhung, which were captured in August. The Japanese hold the advance works at Erlungshan Redoubt, known as "Kur- j opatkin Fort," Ichinohi, Kobu Hills, Sochatakyama, and 174 Metre Hill ; also I the Camponiere galleries and moats outside Ehrlung and North Keekwan.
