[BY TELEGItAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION-] NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. Applications for space in the Exhibition, to be held at Christmas, are in excess of the space available. The executive therefore decided this morning to increase the building by 3200 feet. Good progress Is being made with the buildings.
