NOTICE is hereby given that it i» the intention of the Johtwonvillo Town Board to t*ko, for the' purpose of providing Ploasuro Grounds for tho enjoyment and recreation of tho inhabitants of tho Town District of Johnßonville,- all thoso parcels of land being the Allotment* Nob. 7, 8, 9, 10, li, 12, 22, and 25 of Nativo Roservo No. 8 ou the plan of tho Poriru« Survey District. Notice is horcby further givon that a survey of the aforesaid parcels of land required to , be takon has been made and a plan' thereof prepared, & oopy of which plan ha« boon deposited at tho Office of the Town Board at Johnsonvillo, and is now open for inspection thoreat by all persons at all reasonable hours. And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by tho taking of tho aforesaid piece of l*na aro hereby caned upon to set forth in writiug any well-grounded objection to such taking and to send such objection in writing within forty days from tho present d*te hereof, being tho first publication of this notice, to the Johnson ville Town' Board at its Offico at Johnsonvillo.
