SUNDAY SCHOOL UNION EXAMINATION.

■» ANNUAL RESULTS, The examiners, Miss Helyer, Mis, A. R. Atkhmon, and Messrs. W. T. Glasgow and T. 11. Gill, have just completed the work of judging the 620 papers Bent in by Koholars in tho recent Scripture Examination. Tho scholazs wcro divided into grades according to age, and a separate Kot of questions allotted lo each grnde. Sevonty-nVS marks and over gains a prize, and /irab-chisß certificate, 60 and under 75 a second-class certificate, 45 and under a third-class certificate, while under 45 marks counts ns failures. Ninoty scholars gained prizes, 101 receive- KeconcJ-cinss, and 164 receive thirdclass certificates ; 265 scholar)) failed to gain tho 45 marke which constitute a pass. Misses Lucy Field and Faith Colvert, of Taranaki-street Sunday « School, divide the special prize given for highctst number of murks, each gaining 98 out of a posible 100, The prizes will bo presented nt a public .meeting to be held in about three weeks.
