ANOTHER MINE DISASTER. (Received Juno 23, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd June. Tho Japanese cnplurod a junk near Port Arthur. Tho Chinese aboard report that two Ruefl'mn destroyers and the steamer Shintaping struck mines at tho entrance, and tank. One hundred nnd forty men wero killed.
