SYDNEY, 21st Juno. The adjourned homing^ of the charge brought nguinst/ Dr. Volivia, a. Zionist miniatcr, by Mr. William Nickoll Willis, a member of tho Legislative Assembly, was resumed to-day. Tho allegations arose out of a dfctnrbnnoo created at a meeting which was being addressed by Dowie, tho "Modern Elijah," on his recent visit to Australia. Dr. Voliviii? was fined £1 and £1 7s costs. Notice of appeal was given.
