[Sir Henry has boon Governor of Fiji since 1902. Ho had previously Ailed ninny administrative posts in various parts of tho world, nnd was from 1874 to 1076 private hcorctary to Sir Henry Irving, Governor of Trinidad, where ha is now to return as the King's representative.]
