Den kin, Federal Premier, states that tho telegram from Australians •it Ji)iiannesbnrg, protesting against intorfeience with tho employment of Chinese, w:im unsigned. Mr. Dcnkin leceived another telegram, declaring that the protest emanated from a secret and non-re-presentative gathering.
