m . THEIR INTERESTS IN CENTRAL AFRICA. [press absocution.l (Received July 18, 8.56 a.m.) PARIS, 17th July. The Paris journal Le Temps says that if Britain concedes to France a practicable route to Lake Tchad, it will be possible to settle the Newfoundland fisheries question and other difficulties.
