THE SURVIVORS DOING WELL.
AUCKLAND, This Day. All the raft survivors are doing well. Johnston, who drank salt water, is the worst, but he is not in danger. The Premier has telegraphed to the survivors the congratulations of the Government on their escape from a terrible death, and his heartfelt sympathy with them in their sufferings. He trusts they will speedily be restored to good health.
