THE EDUCATION BILL. LARGE MEETING IN ITS FAVOUR. [PBESS ASSOCIATION.! LONDON, 15th November. A great meeting, convened by the Bishops of London % and Rochester, held at the Albert Hall, approved the Education Bill, except that it urged that the clergy's right to superintend -religious instruction needed safeguarding aince the introduction of Colonel Slaney's amendment giving greater power in this direction to the local authorities.
