THE EDUCATION BDLL. STRONG PROTESTS IN THE COMMONS. [press association.] LONDON, 14th November. In the House of Commons, when the Government commenced to put the guillotine process into operation on the Education Bill, they were mcc with cries of "Gag," the Opposition forcing divisions on every Ministerial amendment until an early hour in the morning. The whole of the clauses determining the policy of the Bill have now been debated. The rest will be dealt with by machinery. The Rev. Dr. William H. Dallinger, a well-known Wesleyan minister, has published a letter supporting the Education Bill. Ec protests that the Free Church Council's movement is an anti-ratepaying schenfe. DIFFERENCES AMONG CATHOLICS. (Received November 15, 9.18 a.m.) LONDON, 14th November. Cardinal Logue, Archbishop of Armagh, in a communication to the Dublin Independent, referring to the Education Bill, says that the Nationalists basely ed Irish Catholics in England in thenhour of sorest need. He adds : "We have supported the party with voice and purse since its formation, and this is our reward."
