IN pursuance of "Tho Electoral Act," 1902," I, ANDREW DUNCAN THOMSON, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Wellington, do hereby givo notice that, by virtuo of a writ bearing dato 11th day of November, 1902, under tho hand of tho Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be held for the return of threo qualified persons to servo as members for tho said district ; and that tho latest day for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be the 18th day of November, 1902; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at tho several Polling Place 3of the said district on the 25 th day of November, 1902.
