[The Kabyles are a branch of the great Berber race of North Africa.] (Received November 14, 9.25 a.m.) MOROCCO, 13th November.The Kabyles demanded the release of several prisoners, including the murderer of a British subject, but the Moorish Government refused. The second-class "British cruiser Furious and the third-class cruisers Pactolus and Prometheus are proceeding to Tehian. _ -—--—^ —^_
