OBITUARY.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received November 14, 10.50 a.m:) LONDON, 13th November. The death 4 is. announced, from angina pectoris, of Mr. C. S. Dicken, C.M.G., late Secretary to the Queensland AgenbGeneral. [Deceased, who was born in 1841, had been Secretary to the Agent-General since 1880 until quite recently. He was called to the Bar at the Middle Temple in 1886.]
