In the making of human history and tii the development of literature and ; cience so large a part has* been played by "invalids" of on© kind or another that physical weakness or degeneracy is held by some to be a coefficient in the production of genius. The value of a human life cannot be measured solely by its material productiveness to the community. — British Medical Journal.
