♦ THE MEETING OF THE EMPERORS. JFBEBS ASSOCIATION.] ST. PETERSBURG, 9th August. A long conference took place at Revel between Count Lamsdorff (Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs) and Count yon Bulow (German Chancellor and Minister for Foreign Affairs). The visit of the Emperor William to the Tsar, which has been a pleasant one, has ended with the exchange of rich presents and the conferment of decorations and promotions. The political status quo will be maintained. ~
