[MUSS ASSOCIATION.] (Received June 28, 8.48 a.m.) LONDON, 87th Juno. Tho King having accepted tho honorary position of Admiral in the German Navy, Emperor William last night signalled an order to tho fleet at Kiel to hoist the British flag at the masthead and salute- it with twonty-one guns. This was done.
