Dynamite outrages have been perpetrated m the Mons, Liege, and Charleroi districts, whither artillery, chasseurs, and members of the Civic Guard have been summoned. Th» Socialists threaten to bring twenty thousand armed miners to Brussels. Ball cartridges have been served to the troops.
