ALTERED ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYERS. [press association.] (Received April 12, 10.13 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Tho Victorian Employers' Federation has decided to abandon its attitude of defence in favour of n policy of active opposition to the trades unious. It has issued a manifesto opposing undue Government interference in tho fixing of tho rates of wages and hours. It will also oppose Iho adoption of an Arbitration Acl similnr to those of New Zeaand New South Wales.
