THE BANK OF LIVERPOOL FRAUDS.
Tpress association.] (Received December 2, 9.17 a.m.) LONDON, Ist December. Francis Kelly, a Bradford bookmaker, has been arrested on a charge of complicity in the Bank of Liverpool frauds. Cheques amounting to £73,000 were traced to him. The share of the booty obtained by Goudie, the absconding bookkeeper of the Bank, is apparently trifling.
