THE GALWAY ELECTION.
MR. LYNCH INTENDS TO CLAIM, THE SEAT. , [FBESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, 23rd November. "Colonel" Lynch, who has been elected to the House of Commons for Galway, on being interviewed in Paris, declared that he was a Home Ruler, not a revolutionist. He intends to claim his seat.
