PALMERS TON DRAINAGE SCHEME.
[Bi TELEGRAPH — OWN CORRESPONDENT.^ PALMERSTON N., This Day. The Council last night decided to employ Mr. Mestayer, C.E., of Wellington, to carry out the main portion of the new drainage scheme. The Council will construct the subsidiary drains itself under the charge of the Borough Engineer.
