Borough Council held on the 10th day of November, 1900, it was resolved that a Bylaw, of which the following is tho bo made by such Council under The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886, and The Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Act, 1891, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, such -Bylaw to come into force on the 18th day of December, 1900. The Bylaw requires the occupiers of dwellinghouses in the South and East Wards to provide and maintain uighlsoil pails of a capacity of, approximately, five gallons, such pails to be emptied by the Corporation Contractor once a wteek, tho occupier to pay nine pence to the Council for oach removal., Penalties not exceeding Five Pounds are imposed for broaches of the Bylaw and for obstructing the Contractor. The 1 said area consists of the South' and East Wards of the Borough of Onslow. Notice is further given that the said resolution and Bylaw will be submitted- to a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at the Offices of the Onslow Borough Counoil on the 10th day of December, 1900, at 1 p.m., for confirmation as a special order.
