SHOOTING CASE AT DUNEDIN.
[bt telegraph. — peeps association.] DUNEDIN, This Day. James Kerr was charged ac the Police Court this ! morning with wounding Thomas Kelly by shooting him in lue face with a levoker on the 9Hi instant. The shooting was thought to be an accident, but according to tho police Ivcrr deliberately f=hot Kelly from motives of jealousy. The bullet entered Kelly's fcead, and lias not yet been found. l ; he injured man's condition is serious. The case was remanded for a week, bail being refused.
