At a meeting of the Park Trustees yesterday, it ' was aecided that Masterton Park be closed to the public between the hours of 9 p.ni'. and 6 a.m. A resolution to this effect was ordered to be forwarded to the Sergeant of Police. This step is necessitated as the park is being , frequented by undesirable characters, and j the grandstand is being seriously .damaged.
