The hearing of five charges of indecent assault against Brother Wybertus, in connection with the Stoke Orphanage Enquiry, was resumed this morning, before Mr. H. W. Robinson, S.M. The cross-examination of the -witnesses by counsel for the defence was deferred, according to previous arrangement, therefore the Magistrate's decision will not be given to-day. The details of the case are unfit for publication.
