[By Telegraph.] (Our Special Reporter.) HUTT RACECOURSE, This Day. To-day's racing opened in tine weather, •but shortly afterwards a keen southerly | rain, with occasional showers of hail in. The attendance shows an improvement on the first day. The course is also in better condition, although it 'is rather sticky.
