LABOUR DISSENTIENTS.
TWO LEGISLATORS INCUR CENSURE. (Received July 31, 9.15 a.m.) Sydney, This Day. A Conference of the Political Labour League resolved by a majority of ono to expel from the Lengue two prominent members of the Legislative Assembly — Mr. Ferguson, mom her for Wilcauniu, and Mr. Sleath, member for Start — for advocating the Foderal Bill iv opposition to tho caucus and to the decision of the Labour Party. Owing, however, to the closeness of the vote, it was decided to refer the final decision of the question to tho Parliamentary Labour Purty.
