» AUCKLAND'S GREAT GOLD-PRO-DUCER AGAIN. [by telegraph— rhess association.] Auckland, This Day. Another splendid return is to hand from tho Waihi mine— £24,444 worth of bullion from 7715 tons ore. Ukeftox, Ist July. Following are tho gold returns for tho week: I—Big1 — Big River, 116oz amalgam from 65 tons ; Bullur Dredge, 12oz Sdwt gold for 130 hours' work ;' St. George, 270z gold from 27 tons ; Keep-it-Dark, 3 86oz gold for the month from 674 tons. Dunedin, Ist July. The following dredging returns havo been reported: — Clyde, 171oa ; Matau, 530z ; Magnetic, 83oz ; Enterprise, 530z ; Hartley and Rilcy, 440z ; Golden Beach, 340z ; Molynoaux Hydraulic, 270z ; Manorburn, 250z ; Ettrick", 17oz ; Nil Desperanduin, 14oz ; Ophir, lOJoz. The ' Undaunted Company, Matakanui, for ten months' sluicing, has obtained 8900/ gold -from "tho boxes alone. The final return at the middle of this month is expected to be well error lOOOoz, giving 200Qoz for eleven months. Dunkdin. Tlll9 Day. The Vincent Dredge obtained 590z gold for the week.
