POLITICAL NOTES.
The Premier left this morning for Woodville in order to fulfil a promiso to deliver a political address in that town to-night. About 400 invitations have been issued to ladies and gentlemen to occupy seats on the stage of tho Opera House on Monday night, when the Premier will give an address on leading political questions. The Mayor has consented to take tho chair. Messrs. L. Do Bakkor and J. M. Shera are out for the Hon. A. J. Cadman's seat (Ohinemuri). Another Richmond is Mr. Kel)y, an ex-hotelkeeper.
