THE BATGER DIVORCE CASE.
TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, 15th Juno. When theßatger divorce case was resumed this afternoon, Harold Batger, the respondent, went into the box and denied ever having committed adultery. His statement was sworn to by witnesses. He also denied the charge of desertion. The addresses of counsel will be taken i to-morrow.
