The Parliamentary Council of the British Employers' Association has informed the Right Hon. C. T. liitchie, President of the Board of Trade, that the employers cannot see their way at present for the formation of a Board of Conciliation with regard to labour disputes. The difficulty is stated to be that no satisfactory representation of both employers and employe's on such a Board can be obtained.
