London, Bth February. Mr. William Kenrick, member for North Birmingham in the House of Commons, has resigned his seat. [Mr. Kenrick, who is a Liberal Unionist, and in a double sense brother-in-law of the Right Hon. Joseph Chamberlain — each having married the other's sister— has held the seat for the last 14 years. He was Mayor of Birmingham m 1877, and was for many years Chairman of the National Liberal Federation.]
