When the Grand Jury presented to Mr. Justice EdAvards in the Supreme Court today its finding in the case in Avhich Captain Allman and Captain Yon Schoen are concerned, the Foreman (Mr. W. G. Foster) enquired if it Avas competent for the Grand Jury to make comments. His Honouy replied thaUhe saw no objection ; he believed it AA'as done sometimes. The Foreman said the Grand Jury had desired him to express its strong disapproval of the evident interference by the Minister with the conduct of the routine of the examinations forming the subject of this indictment. His Honour assumed that this Avas meant for the press. The Foreman —lt is the opinion of the Grand Jury, your Honour. The jurors Avere then thanked for their services and discharged.
