THE MALADMINISTRATION CHARGE.
(Received January 30, 9.30 a.m.) Pekin, 29th January. The position with regard to Hsu-Ching-Cheng is that he replaces Hu-Yu-Feu as Director of the Northern China Railway. It is Hu-Yu-Feu against whom tue charge of maladministration is made, which the British and German Ministers demand shall be impartially investigated.
