AFTER THE WAR. ADMIRAL MONTIOJO'S CASE.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Madrid, 22nd September. Admiral Montiojo, Commander-m-Chiei of the Spanish squadron in the naval battle against Admiral Dewey's fleet at Cavite, and who, it was subsequently announced, was to he cour-tmartialled on charges of incompetenc3r and cowardice, has been suspended. The Spanish convicts \«ho fought as volunteers in the late war have been pardoned.
