PROPOSAL TO RAISE A LOAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A ROAD NEAR BELMONT. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt County Council proposes to raise a Loan of in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, and amendments thereof, and the Government Loans to Local, Bodies Act, 1886, and amendments thereof, for the purpose of Constructing a Road through Sections 51, 183, Block 9, Belmont S.D., and others, and known as the road near Belmont. And to provide for the payment of interest at five pounds per centum per annum for twenty-six years the Council proposes to set apart each year the sum of seven pounds one shilling (£7 Is), to be secured by an annually recurring Special Rate of threef ighths (fd) of a penny in the £, levied for ■ twenty-s.ix years on the ratable value of all the ratable property as hereinafter described, that is to say — Section 317, part Section 312, part Section 307, Sectiou 305, Block 8, Sections 306, 183, 314, 313, 315, 428, 325, and 316. Block 9, Belmont S.D. The following part Sections are included in tho above-stated description, that is to say — The larger portions of Sections 307 and 312, Block 8, Bplmont S.D., containing together 93 acres 2 roods more or less, and situate within the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries thereof, the said area of 93 acres 2 roods being calculated from the eastern boundaries of the said Sections 307 and 312.
