Sib, — Your correspondent, who is, according to the beading of bis letter, aa "angel," thougb be signs himself " Evangelist," should uot rush into print until he knows what he is writing about. He does not know that there are any Bishops in "Welliugtoa but the Roman Catholio and Anglican. This is his misfortune. If he hatfknowiT anything of ecclesiastical history, he would have known that every pastor of a Presbyterian Church is a Presbyter or Bishop, and so is every minister of a Congregational, Methodist, or Baptist Church. He is equally at sea about the colonial precedence. " The Bishop" mentioned in the list is " the Bishop" who, in most Crown colonies, is paid by the Government.
