A PEESONAL DONATION BY THE EMPEROR. HIS OFFICERS ALLOWED TO ' FIGHT. (Received April 30, 10.40 a.m.) Vienna, 29th April. The Emperor o£ Austria has given £20,000 to the Spanish National War Fund. The Emperor also allows his officers to fight on the side of Spain. (Received April 30, 10.40 a.m.) Madrid, 29th April. Archduke Eugene, nephew of the Emperor of Austria, is in Madrid assisting the Queen R-egent.
