On FRIDAY, 24th December, the 6.5 p.m. train Te Aro to Upper Hutt will run through to Masterton, arriving at 10.47 p.m. Tho train leaving Te Aro at 11.5, and Wellington at 11.15 p.m., will run through to Upper Hutt. On FRIDAY, 24th December, and FRIDAY, 31st December, the 10.5 p.m. train, Te Aro to Lower Hutt, will not run, but trains will run between those stations as on Saturday nights. On CHRISTMAS DAY the mail trains. Te Aro to Napier and Napier to To Aro, will run as usual, as will also the morning train, Masterton to Te Aro and afternoon train Te Aro to Masterton. All other ordinary trains will be cancelled, but trainß will run as on Sundays between Te Aro, Lower Hutt, and Upper Hutt, with exception of the 6.30 p.m. Te Aro to Lower Hutt. On BOXING DAY (27th December) and NEW YEAR'S DAY the ordinary time-table between Te Aro and Woodville will be suspended, with the exception of mail trains, Te Aro to Napier and Napier to Te Aro, which will run as usual, but excursion tickets will NOT be issued from Te Aro, Lower Hutt, or intermediate stalio7is, to Featherston (except on Boxing Bay), Fernside, Woodside, Qreylown, Mataraiva, Dalefield, Carterton, Clareville } Kurupuni, or Masterton, by the North mail train, nor will excursion tickets be available from the above stations by the South mail train. Excursionists wishing to travel to or from these stations loill use the train leaving Te Aro at 7.55 a.m., Wellington 8.10, Lower Hutt 8.41 a.m., arriving at Featherston at 11.16 a.m., Qreytown, 11.44, Carterton 12 noon, and Masterton 12.30, and the return train leaving Masterton at 5.10 p.m.t Uarterton 5.40, Qreytown 5.50, Feather' ston 6.25 p.m., arriving at Wellington at 9.48 and Te Aro 10.0 p.m. In addition to above, trains will run as under : — For,- Woodville.— Featherston dep., 5.50 p.m. ; Masterton, 7.0 a.m. and 7.5 p.m. ; Woodville arrive, 9.40 a.m. and 9.45 p.m. Note. — The 7.0 a.m. Masterton to Woodville connects with train to Palmerston. For Featherston. — Woodville dep. , 7.0 a.m. j Masterton, 9.40 ; Featherston arrive, 10.48 a.m. For Masterton. — Woodville dep., 7.0 p.m. (oonnects with train from Palmerston) ; Masterton arrive, 9.40 p.m. For Upper Hutt.— Te Aro dep., 9.40 a.m., 1.20 p.m., and 7.50 p.m. ; Wellington dep., 9.55 a.m., 1.30 and 8.2 p.m. For Wellington and Te Aro.— Upper Hutt dep., 7.55 and 11.45 a.m., and 6.5 p.m. Trains will run between Te Aro and Lower Hutt at frequent intervals.
