50-MILE ROAD PREMIERSHIP. According to tho Melbourne Argus of 23rd August, the Champion 50-Milo Road Race on 21st August was run under the auspices of the League of Victoria Wheelmen at Melbourne. Of the 24 pioked competitors from the various clubs, the first and second places were secured on Osmond Bicycles by the Middloton brothers, A. C. being first and A. A. Middleton second.
